The PJIP recently published a report in the Blog of the APA looking into the results of the APA's Journal Surveys Project. You can read the full report on the APA's website here: 'Insights from the American Philosophical Association’s Journal Surveys Project'.
As mentioned at the end of the report, to make assessing relative journal results easier, the results have been placed into an interactive table below. The table can be filtered to show comparative performance in the following areas: response times, % of manuscripts returned to authors with comments, average quality of comments, and average experience with editors.
